A Wonderful Reception Experience Thanks to Hadi From the moment we arrived, Hadi made us feel truly welcome. His warm smile and professional attitude set the perfect tone for our stay. Hadi went above and beyond to assist us with every request, no matter how big or small. He was always ready to help, offering great advice and ensuring that all our needs were met promptly and efficiently. What really stood out was Hadi’s genuine kindness and attention to detail. He took the time to answer our questions, helped us with local recommendations, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Thanks to Hadi, our experience was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

High-quality interior design. The room was spotless. Comfortable bed. Modern shower in the comparatively spacious bathroom. Kind staff. Fast and free of charge WIFI. Well above average breakfast. Parking spaces in close proximity. Good transport links to both the city and the surrounding area to the south. Automatic ambient lighting in the room.

The hotel was close to the convention center and concert hall, that's why we booked a room here. The room was cozy and large (we had the suite). The bathroom was great, with a nice shower. Breakfast was extraordinary and very delicious. There were so many options that we did not know where to choose from. There are plenty of parking options around the hotel and the hotel does have their own parking lot. However, we chose to pick a free parking spot around the hotel.

The receptionist was a young man who spoke English very well and helped to find an open supermarket near the hotel. He walked me out to show me the direction, so he was very gentle and kind. The breakfast was so good and one German woman made me a delicious omelette! Also spoke 👌 good English to help me and make it easy for me as a tourist. My favourite hotel and smell so good. I can't wait to visit you again. The sauna and the swimming pool and also the big parking are the 👌 best.

Clean and friendly. We arrived quite late but there was a possibility to have dinner. Both Irish pub and the restaurant are open until reasonable time. The Spa part opens as well exceptionally early and stays until late. Lovely breakfast selection. Very comfy beds. We stayed in transit, so as per my husband the bed was worth to drive additional 15 km from the highway. We stayed there twice. First time we were lucky to have the free parking spot, second time we used the spacy enough parking next to the hotel.
